Production Associate – Commercial Production

Spencer Reed Group, a leading national service company, has an immediate opening for a Commercial Production Associate. • Base pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
• Additional compensation:
  Annual Bonus
• Recruiter will discuss final compensation based on skills and experience.

• 2 or more years of commercial production experience (painting or construction management preferred)
• Ability to manage own schedules
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clarity and structure under pressure
• A proactive mindset, anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and ensuring customers feel informed and confident
• Relationship building skills
• Effective communication with customers and crews
• Results oriented

• Supervises production staff in the field
• Acts as liaison between crews and customers
• Manages jobs to finish on time and on budget
• Collaborates with sales, field, and production teams
