Coachand develop teams to confront local challenges where appropriate and support focused problem solving through sound daily management practices and visualization of waste inhibiting flow and value.

Key Responsibilities- This position will develop, plan, and execute improvement, customer satisfaction, and productivity processes which foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and respect for people. Effective communication to all levels of the organization is essential.
- Teach, coach, influence, and act as an ambassador and leader in contributing to the development of a continuous innovation culture and mindset.
- Using appropriate process improvement methodology, coach and develop project teams to implement Process Innovation, Lean, and Six Sigma techniques both in the office and at project sites.
- Facilitate cross-functional team activity to drive optimal performance in people, quality, material flow, and cost.
