CNC Technician

$55,000 annually, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled CNC Technician to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a hands‑on machinist who enjoys working with precision equipment, solving routine production challenges, and contributing to high‑quality output. In this role, you’ll support a busy manufacturing environment by setting up and running CNC machines, interpreting drawings, and keeping production moving efficiently.

• Set up CNC machines with proper tooling, fixtures, and materials
• Run established CNC programs with accuracy and efficiency
• Verify zero points, tooling, and material orientation before cutting
• Read production drawings and job packets with minimal guidance
• Perform in‑process and final quality inspections
• Troubleshoot routine machine, tooling, and material issues
• Make approved adjustments to feeds, speeds, and toolpaths
• Complete routine machine maintenance and cleaning
• Support workflow with production, engineering, and fabrication teams

• 2‑4 years of CNC machine operation experience in manufacturing
• Working knowledge of CNC machining principles and setups
• Ability to read and interpret production and engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to solve routine machining issues independently
• Good time management and task ownership
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Competent operation of CNC and standard fabrication equipment

• Familiarity with G‑code and M‑code
• Experience with overhead gantry use
• Forklift or scissor lift training
• Knowledge of materials, tooling, and bit identification
• OSHA 10 certification
• Experience in a fast‑paced production environment
