This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Overland Park, KS, for a Nonprofit Team Lead. The role will be responsible for overseeing fundraising campaigns, developing donor stewardship strategies, and managing annual giving programs. Responsibilities also include analyzing performance metrics, ensuring successful campaign outcomes, building strong communication channels with team members and stakeholders, collaborating with team members to ensure alignment with organisational goals, and fostering impactful relationships with donors and the community.
