• Develops individual donor strategies and materials to optimize fundraising efforts.
• Utilizes broad knowledge of fundraising principles to inform and improve practices.
• Collaborates with the Event and Stewardship Specialist to acknowledge major donors through public and private recognition and events.
• Helps donors accomplish their philanthropic goals through personalized engagement and support.
• Secures individual annual, major, and planned gifts to support Foundation campaigns and initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• Master’s degree (Preferred)
• Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) – Accredited Issuing Body (Preferred)

Pay Range: $60,907.77 - $
