Team Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to join our post-acute behavioral health team caring for residents across five skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in the Overland Park, Kansas, area.   Monday through Friday, providing care to an average of 15 patients per day; no nights or weekends
• Clinical Autonomy with Support:
  You manage your patients; we’ll handle the rest; our clinical and administrative teams are there to support you so you can stay focused on care

  Compensation is fee-for-service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $135,280 to $160,336 with no cap on productivity income potential

• Deliver high-quality psychiatric care and medication management to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
• Collaborate with facility teams to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide follow-up and continuity of care that enhances mental wellness and quality of life

• Active PMHNP license in Kansas with the ability to practice and bill independently
• DEA license in Kansas
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, and documentation skills
• A passion for improving the mental health and well‑being of older adults
