Position: LPN- PT Day

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position

Shift Option:
Every Friday 6:45am – 7:15pm. Both full‑time and part‑time schedules are offered to accommodate your life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily nursing care to senior residents in the community.
  • Monitor residents’ health, document observations, and update care plans.
  • Administer medications and protocol as required.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and family members.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Current license as LPN/LVN or RN.
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience working with seniors (prioritized).
  • Knowledge of drug actions, interactions, and accurate assessment skills.
  • Leadership and supervisory skills (prioritized).
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English.
