Job Summary: As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Stratford Commons Memory Care Community, you will provide basic nursing care and assistance with daily resident needs, including personal care, activity preparation, and routine tasks, while working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and adhering to state and federal regulations.
What Will You Do in This Role?- Deliver and assist residents with daily personal care needs.
- Prepare residents for activities and social programs.
- Perform routine care activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice and licensing requirements.
- Provide basic nursing care within the scope of CNA responsibilities and execute basic nursing procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.
- Fire and passion for working with seniors
- Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Active, in good standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
- Prior experience as a CNA in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- Professional image in appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
