Patients: Adult & Geriatric
Ratio: 1:6
Unit: 30-bed Step-Down / Rehab-focused PCU
Equipment: Chest tubes (Pleur Evac), HFNC, CPAP/BiPAP, Tracheostomy care, Central & PICC lines
EMR: EPIC

Requirements:

• 2+ yrs recent PCU/Step-Down experience

• First-time travelers accepted

• Active KS & MO RN License or Compact (required at submission)

• BLS (ACLS/CRRT preferred)

• Strong PCU skills: IV insulin protocols, HD pre/post care, ABGs, CVA, Neuro/Ortho trauma

• Must live 75+ miles from facility (locals not accepted)
