Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a community-based, smaller emergency department environment with a close-knit team. Practice with autonomy, focusing on patient assessment, stabilization, education, and transfer of higher acuity cases.

• Deliver emergency care to a diverse patient population across various conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient patient management.
• Build strong patient connections through individualized care and education.
• Stabilize and transfer patients requiring higher-level care.
• Maintain emergency nursing skills in assessment, stabilization, and critical thinking.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current RN license in applicable state(s) or valid compact license.
• At least 1 year of ER experience.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale, TNCC, ENPC within specified time frames.
