Join a dedicated inpatient Rehab nursing team providing compassionate, safe, and quality care in a 16-bed unit with a multidisciplinary approach.
Responsibilities Include- Assessing and caring for patients recovering from diverse injuries and conditions.
- Collaborating with physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Driving positive patient outcomes through teamwork, recognition, and bedside decision-making.
- Supporting a culture aligned with Pathway to Excellence standards and participating in shared leadership initiatives.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Compassionate patient care and teamwork.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
