• Assess patient status during admission and shifts, reporting changes.
• Perform medical procedures, monitor responses, and document care accurately.
• Administer medications and respond to adverse reactions.
• Provide compassionate, proactive care and resolve patient requests.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and medication management.

• Current RN licensure with Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Strong communication skills, clinical competence, and compassionate attitude.
