Assisted Living Supervisor

The role involves providing hands-on leadership in an assisted living environment, overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality resident care. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting team members, delivering direct resident care following the Resident-Centered Care model, managing scheduling and staffing, and reviewing timekeeping for payroll accuracy. The supervisor monitors resident health changes, communicates with families, and assists in developing Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).

Collaboration with activities and dining teams enhances resident engagement, while participation in crossover meetings ensures effective communication. The role requires maintaining compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards, promoting safety, infection control, and risk management practices.

• At least 1 year of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in computer systems (Microsoft Office and care systems)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
