American Traveler is hiring an experienced Home Health RN with OASIS and HCHB EMR experience to provide geriatric care in the Overland Park area.
Requirements- Active KS or compact RN license required in hand
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience required
- OASIS experience required
- Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR experience required
- Home Health setting serving geriatric patients
- Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day
- Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with possibility of weekends
- 40-hour weekly schedule with 20 guaranteed hours
- On-call responsibilities required, details to be discussed during interview
- Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
- Travelers expected to be flexible with assigned territory
- Provide skilled home health nursing care to a geriatric patient population
- iPad provided for charting and documentation
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- Scrubs required in any color, jeans not permitted
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
- Local candidates accepted at the standard travel rate
