Active KS or compact RN license and BLS are required, with at least 1 year in Home Health and OASIS/HCHB EMR experience. The role covers a 60-mile territory from the hub, with a 40-hour week (20 guaranteed) and a Monday–Friday schedule; weekends may be possible.
