Quality Manager

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

Responsible for overseeing quality assurance and control processes to ensure products and services meet all standards. Leads audits, maintains quality systems, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead internal and external audits (ISO, customer, regulatory) for compliance.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics; identify trends and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Manage document control and maintain accurate records of procedures and standards.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Act as primary contact for customer quality concerns and complaints.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and certifications (ISO 9001, GMP).

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, ISO).
• Experience with quality tools and systems.
• Mechanical and/or electrical background preferred.
