Job Overview
This position is offered by an independent franchisee, not by McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
Responsibilities- Lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to the team and other managers.
- Deliver a great customer experience, including executing sales promotions, training service staff, and organizing Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- Ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
- Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, recognizing and motivating crew throughout their tenure.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Preferred previous managerial experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- 15–25 days paid vacation.
