Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Store Support role at The Home Depot in Overland Park, KS. This role focuses on a variety of non-sales functions to support the customer experience, including order fulfillment, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. • Provide non-sales support to ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience.
• Assist customers in the lot or provide administrative services as needed.
• Interact directly with customers or vendors when required, guiding customers to departments or merchandise and answering questions on order status.
• Support cash management or program compliance as applicable.
• Collaborate with other associates, vendors, and carriers; work with little or some supervision.
• Be detail-oriented and demonstrate strong time management skills; uphold a high level of integrity.
• Contribute to store-specific business objectives and key operational responsibilities.
