The Retail Stock and Fulfillment team supports store operations by processing incoming merchandise and fulfilling customer orders. This role helps maintain organized stockrooms and selling floors while contributing to a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities- Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
- Fulfill, pack, and ship customer orders according to quality standards.
- Use inventory systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.
- Maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms and assist with store support tasks.
- Demonstrate ownership, initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Use a variety of technology and computer applications.
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs and meet the physical demands of moving and lifting merchandise.
