Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community. Engage prospects, qualify leads, and close sales for auto, home, and life products from top carriers. Operate in-office and collaborate with team for client service.

• Base salary $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
• Uncapped commissions may increase total compensation to $75,000 first year; top performers earn over $100,000.
• Paid training and licensing support.

• Strong written and oral communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Previous sales experience turning prospects into customers.
• State insurance license – or willingness to earn one for Property & Casualty and Life.
