Responsibilities- As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in driving Sifted’s growth. Your mission: build pipeline by connecting with potential customers, sparking interest, and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executive team.
- You’ll be on the front line of SaaS sales — prospecting, cold calling, emailing, leveraging tools, and making an impact every single day. This is a high-growth entry point into SaaS sales.
- Proactively outreach to 100–300 target accounts through calls, emails, video, and Linked In.
- Create conversations that uncover prospect pain points and position Sifted’s value.
- Collaborate with AEs to drive opportunities and grow pipeline.
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings.
- Manage leads and activities in Salesforce, Outreach, and Vidyard.
- Continuously improve sales skills and industry knowledge through coaching and training.
- Limitless ambition, client-focused, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident on the phone.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high activity metrics.
- Self-starter with resilience, ambition, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn SaaS sales tools.
- Based in or willing to work from our Overland Park, KS office.
