In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales efforts—connecting with prospects, sparking conversations, and booking high-value discovery calls for our Enterprise Sales Director. ResponsibilitiesOwn the Outreach
- Build and run multi-touch outreach sequences using Linked In, email, and phone.
- Craft personalized messages that speak to each prospect’s needs and pain points.
- Use a balanced, strategic mix of channels to get attention and drive engagement.
Research Like a Pro
- Use tools like Hub Spot, Salesforce, and Linked In Sales Navigator to identify target companies.
- Find the right decision-makers and key contacts.
- Keep clean, accurate lists to fuel your outreach.
- Start conversations that create interest in Data Locker solutions.
- Qualify leads and pass them to Account Executives through booked discovery calls.
- Keep a steady stream of meetings flowing to support revenue goals.
Track, Measure, Improve
- Log all calls, emails, and Linked In touches in Hub Spot and Salesforce.
- Review your weekly metrics and constantly look for ways to improve.
- Stay accountable for consistent activity and booked meetings.
Hit Your Goals
- Book 10+ discovery calls per week with an 80% hold rate.
- Consistently exceed quotas tied to booked and held meetings.
- Celebrate wins, learn from losses, and keep leveling up.

Demonstrations scheduled, opportunities created & deal closure
- 1+ year of experience in sales development, business development, customer-facing work, or a similar fast-paced environment (internships count!).
- Familiarity with Hub Spot, Salesforce, or Sales Navigator is a big plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- A self-starter with serious drive—someone who wants to grow in tech sales and isn’t afraid to put in the work.
