Inside Sales Representatives are key members of the Open Road Sales team, serving as the front line for direct-to-driver activities. In this role, you’ll develop, maintain, and grow client relationships while identifying new revenue opportunities. Success means understanding your clients’ needs and challenges and delivering solutions that make an impact. We’re looking for individuals with integrity, professionalism, a positive attitude, and the drive to excel in a competitive environment.

This is a base + commission opportunity designed for motivated sales professionals ready to make a difference.

• Grow direct to driver portfolio through new sales and customer retention efforts
• Impact company growth utilizing a variety of sales methods including customer development, networking, relationship building, lead generation, cold calling, etc.
• Obtain customer referrals to expand program footprint
• Complete driver applications and submit for activation
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to a positive work environment
• Manage daily schedule
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quota and goals
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience;
  Inside sales experience is a plus
• Goal-oriented and motivated by success
• Strong telephone presence and experience in a customer-focused environment with substantial phone-based communication
• Effective ability to provide a professional company image to prospects
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate problem-solving and negotiation skills
• High School diploma or GED
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
