The bank is hiring a Treasury Sales Officer who will develop and retain Treasury Services business/clients
.

Partner with our Commercial Bankers in a consultative sales role, meet annual sales goals and sales activity targets, and plan sales strategies to develop new business.

Promote Cornerstone Bank as a unique resource for Treasury services.

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in business related field (preferred)

• Treasury sales experience in a traditional bank required (including outside sales, new client deposit revenue goals)
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience (preferred)
• Fiserv core system and Suntell document imaging/scanning system experience (a plus)

• Achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities
• Acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing customers
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Communicate banking updates and changes that impact clients
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines
• Develop strong client relationships through excellent customer service
• Execute regular sales calling programs
• Generate core deposits and treasury service revenue
• Maintain and manage a consistent sales pipeline
• Maintain strong knowledge of banking products, pricing, and sales strategies
• Manage the Treasury Services sales process
• Prepare and present client proposals
• Promote automated, efficient, and cost-effective banking services
• Represent the bank in community and civic organizations

• Complete a pre-employment background and credit screening
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure of deadlines
• Familiarity with financial software
• Proficient use and functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point
• Strong analytical skills required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Frequent communication with staff and customers.
• Occasional movement to access files and office supplies.
• Occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds.
• Primarily sedentary work with sitting and moving around the bank.
• Regular use of hands, fingers, and computer equipment.
• Visual focus is required for reading and data entry.
• The work environment is generally quiet to moderately noisy.
