• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality
• Must be a local candidate based near Leawood, KS who can start within 2 weeks of hire

• Base Pay: $500/week guaranteed base pay + performance commissions
• Average Earnings: New hires average $850-$1,000/week in total earnings
