Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Employee Benefits Producer to join a team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, focusing on accounts ranging from 50 to 500 lives, with a sweet spot of 100-200 lives.

  : $70,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and retain existing clients.
• Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, focusing on employee benefits for groups of 50-500 lives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to quote new and renewal business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with expert guidance.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

• Licensure
  :
  Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 2+ years of experience in employee benefits sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in managing mid-market accounts, particularly in the 100-200 lives range.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with larger agencies or brokers is preferred.
