Coatings Project Sales & Operations Manager

Start your morning reviewing new leads and active jobs in Service Titan, prioritize site visits, and confirm crew schedules. Midday, you’re estimating a commercial repaint, then meeting a homeowner to scope a residential interior. In the afternoon, you’re lining up vetted 1099 painting crews, coordinating materials from Ace Hardware, and ensuring every project stays on time and on budget. You wrap by following up on proposals, nurturing relationships with property managers and contractors, and analyzing performance to drive revenue growth.

• Full project lifecycle—from lead generation and estimating to crew oversight and job closeout.
• Residential and commercial painting sales through door-to-door canvassing and hyper-local marketing.
• Accurate, competitive estimates that win profitable work.
• Relationships with homeowners, property managers, GCs, and business owners.
• Recruiting, vetting, and managing 1099 painting crews to ensure quality execution.
• Scheduling, coordination, customer communication, and on-site service excellence.
• End-to-end job tracking in Service Titan, including estimates, progress, invoicing, and messages.
• Cost-effective purchasing of liquid paint and sundries from Ace Hardware.
• Ongoing analysis of sales and job results to optimize revenue and profitability.

• 2+ years in sales, project management, or estimating within painting or construction.
• Working knowledge of residential and commercial coatings, materials, and best practices.
• Proven lead generation and deal-closing chops.
• Experience managing 1099 subcontractors with a focus on quality control.
• Comfort with Service Titan (or similar CRM/job management tools).
• Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to canvass door-to-door and execute localized marketing.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by revenue growth.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

$20.00 per hour + 15% commission
