We play a vital role in T-Mobile's Risk Management Program by providing standardized policies, processes, and resources that support T-Mobile business units in fulfilling their obligation to protect T-Mobile assets. You will coordinate and support Event Security operations and planning at the direction of the Executive Security management team, facilitating a wide range of security functions, including technical security operations, travel security support, and physical security.
Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal and external partners to devise detailed security plans for events and public engagements. Provide security advances and risk assessments for corporate facilities, hotels, ballrooms, event spaces, and restaurants.
- Participate in long‑term planning cycles and provide revised security plans based on updates and changes.
- Work with T‑Mobile Corporate Events and Marketing to plan and coordinate non‑executive corporate events. Connect with partners at event venues and remote corporate offices to prepare for future events.
- Conduct Technical Security Countermeasures (TSCM) inspections and ensure the privacy of secured spaces. Review and assess the current conditions of secured spaces and make sound recommendations that mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Create and develop security‑related products, standardized procedures documents, presentations, and metrics tracking. Follow up on ongoing security enhancement projects and report status updates.
- Research and prioritize current or potential security vulnerabilities to produce appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Identify emerging tools and maintenance life cycles to ensure the program is equipped with the right competitive equipment.
- Work with Law Enforcement, EMS, and other external and internal partners to evaluate security concerns and ensure security planning and execution during active and developing events.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and 4‑7+ years’ experience in corporate security including at least one year conducting and writing physical security assessments. Prior experience in event security/executive protection.
- Experience leading and implementing medium to large programs.
- Proven executive presence and the ability to interact with and present to senior management and peers across multiple departments.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Quantitative analysis skills and experience managing project or team budgets.
- Ability to travel up to 50% (monthly).

Base Pay Range: $85,300 – $154,000;
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%.
