, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence while supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communications. You will deliver exceptional customer service, help address incidents, and contribute to a professional environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide a professional, welcoming front-desk presence for employees, visitors, vendors, and other guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials and authorization, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide basic site information, and communicate visitor arrivals and service requests to appropriate personnel.
• Carry out site-specific security-related procedures, including visitor management, access-control protocols, and documentation of routine activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and support emergency response activities as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
