The role involves autonomous work, site assessment, material handling, and coordinating with BELFOR estimators. You will progress from residential to commercial work and may lead junior carpenters.
Responsibilities include safety, proper containment, and adherence to BELFOR standards, while occasionally traveling for emergencies. Nights/weekends work may be required.
