Join us as a Senior Software Engineer who builds high-quality software that runs reliably and scales in production. This role blends advanced full-stack development with systems reliability practices, giving you end-to-end ownership from architecture to code, deployment, observability, and mentoring. Responsibilities
  • Software Development
    • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web solutions, including front-end (Angular), back-end (Java/Spring Boot, microservices), and databases (Postgres, Oracle, SQL).
    • Extend and optimize data storage mechanisms across relational and non-relational stores.
    • Independently design and implement a complete software stack that meets business and customer needs.
    • Collaborate in Agile teams, break down features into stories, and write clear documentation.
    • Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with enterprise security standards.
  • Automation & Performance Testing (SDET Focus)
    • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of test automation frameworks and reusable components.
    • Translate business and functional requirements into test strategies and concrete deliverables.
    • Develop high-quality, maintainable, and performant code for automated test cases.
    • Drive an automation-first strategy to minimize manual testing.
    • Implement and execute performance, load, and scalability testing for distributed systems.
    • Provide metrics and reporting on test execution, coverage, and software quality using tools such as Sonar Qube.
    • Consult and mentor peers on best practices for test design, automation, and performance validation.
  • Technical Leadership & Collaboration
    • Mentor and guide junior engineers in development and test automation best practices.
    • Collaborate with architects, SREs, and cross-functional teams to design technical solutions.
    • Contribute to the Test Community of Practice to evolve testing strategies and tooling.
    • Advocate for continuous testing, performance improvements, and technical innovation.
    • Act as a subject matter expert for full-stack development, automation, and Dev Ops practices.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with business intelligence/reporting tools, especially Jaspersoft.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • U.S. citizenship is required for this role. Individuals hired will need to submit documentation proving U.S. citizenship within the first 7 days of hire; failure to do so will result in termination.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience as a Senior SDET or Senior Software Engineer with a strong testing focus.
  • Hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent).
  • Experience with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
  • Strong background in full-stack engineering (Angular, Java/Spring Boot, SQL/Postgres/Oracle).
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration (Jenkins, Git Lab).

Compensation
:
Base Pay Range: $113,600 - $205,000;
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

This pay range is a general guide for a successful candidate. Actual starting pay will vary based on location, qualifications, and experience.
