Senior Software Engineer

• Develop and maintain clean, testable code for assigned projects.
• Resolve system and client experience impacts across various applications and platforms.
• Mentor and train junior engineers to foster growth and development.
• Stay updated with industry trends in banking and technology.
• Ensure adherence to information security standards in coding practices.
• Evaluate and test emerging technologies during the selection process.
• Utilize technical documentation and project artifacts effectively in code development.
• Follow established standards and best practices diligently.

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related fields or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL programming logic.
• Strong understanding of .Net, C#, and SQL – Oracle languages.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience in supporting commercial lending processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodology.
• Experience with geographically diverse teams, JIRA, and Git lab.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and advanced .Net frameworks.
