Aboutthe Role Join  the team behind MyEvolv, Netsmart's industry-leading electronic health record (EHR) platform supporting behavioral health and human services organizations. As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and support innovative software solutions that help healthcare providers deliver better outcomes f this role, you'll collaborate with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers to build scalable, high-quality ,C#,andSQL.You'llgainexposuretocloudtechnologies,healthcareworkflows,andmodernsoftwaredevelopmentpracticeswhilecontributingtoproductsthatmakeameaningfulimpactacrossthehealthcareindustry. Responsibilities Participateinallphasesofthesoftwaredevelopmentlifecycle,includingrequirementsanalysis,solution design,development,testing,deployment,and maintenance.

Design,develop,andmaintainsoftwaresolutionsprimarilyusingC#,.NET,andSQLtechnologies.

Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstotranslatebusinessandcustomerrequirementsintotechnicalsolutions.

Write clean,maintainable,andhigh-qualitycodethatfollowsengineeringstandardsandbestpractices.

Troubleshoot application,database,andintegrationissuesthroughdebuggingandrootcauseanalysis.

Developandexecuteautomatedandmanualteststoensuresoftwarequality,reliability,and performance.

Participate in Agile ceremonies,sprint planning,technicaldesigndiscussions,andpeercodereviews.

Buildknowledgeofclinicalandfinancialhealthcareworkflowsandapplythatexpertisetoproductdevelopment.

Identifyopportunitiestoimproveapplicationperformance,scalability,security,and maintainability.

Researchandadoptnewtechnologies,tools,andengineeringpracticesthatimproveteameffectivenessandproductquality.

Graduallytakeownershipoffeatures,enhancements,andcomponentsastechnicalexpertisegrows.

Participateinarotationalon-callscheduleafteronboardingandtraining.

Required Qualifications Bachelor 'sdegreein

Computer

Science,Software Engineering,MIS,orarelatedfield,orequivalentrelevantworkexperience.

Experiencedevelopingapplicationsusing C# andthe

Microsoft.NETplatformthroughprofessionalexperience,internships,co-ops,academic projects,orpersonalprojects.

Knowledgeofobject-orientedprogrammingprinciplesandsoftwaredevelopmentfundamentals.

Experience with

MicrosoftSQLServer,relational databases,data modeling,andSQLdevelopment.

Understandingofcloud-based

SaaSapplicationarchitectures.

FamiliaritywithAPIs,integrations,andmodernsoftwaredevelopmentpractices.

Strong analytical,troubleshooting,and problem-solving skills.

Abilitytoindependentlylearnnewtechnologiesandapplythemeffectively.

Abilitytoconsistentlydeliverhigh-qualityworkinacollaborative,fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) andcloud-nativeapplicationdeve,RESTAPIs,ordistributedapplicationarchitecture.

ExposuretoCI/CD practices,automated testing,andDevOpstools.

Previousinternshiporexperiencewithasoftwarecompany,Saa Sorganization,orhealthcaretechnologycompany.

Experienceworkinginhealthcare,behavioralhealth,orhumanservicestechnologyenvironments.
