• Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultations to assess goals and fitness levels.
• Lead one‑on‑one and small‑group exercise sessions using Exerbotics equipment.
• Coach clients through personalized workouts, focusing on form, motivation, and safety.
• Track and record client fitness progress with data‑driven tools.
• Provide education on exercise science, recovery, and healthy habits.
• Recommend and sell monthly memberships and package sessions to support client goals.
• Build strong relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
