Bridge Fit Personal Training is a fast-growing personal training gym that specializes in coaching adults 40+. Bridge Fit has been voted Best Personal Training in Johnson County for three consecutive years. We are looking for a professional, relationship-driven Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach who wants to grow with the company long-term.
This role starts part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time as Bridge Fit continues to expand.
What You’ll DoCoach small group and one-on-one personal training sessions for adults 40+. Build meaningful relationships with members and support their long-term success. Create a safe, encouraging, and professional training environment. Take ownership of your coaching role and contribute positively to team culture.
