The Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting and registering patients when they enter the practice. They play a pivotal role in a positive patient experience, as they are the first point of contact for scheduling appointments or arriving at the office.

• Scheduling patients
• Answering phones
• Scanning medical records
• Triage patient phone calls for severity/importance
• Collection of insurance information and verification of benefits
• Charge entry and payment posting

  High School Diploma or GED
