ResponsibilitiesThe Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting and registering patients when they enter the practice. They play a pivotal role in a positive patient experience, as they are the first point of contact for scheduling appointments or arriving at the office.
- Scheduling patients
- Answering phones
- Scanning medical records
- Triage patient phone calls for severity/importance
- Collection of insurance information and verification of benefits
- Charge entry and payment posting

Requirements- Education:
High School Diploma or GED
