Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oviedo, FL, for a VPK Lead Teacher. The VPK Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, teaching and engaging with children, communicating with parents and staff effectively, and participating in ongoing training and development. Daily tasks will include leading educational activities, monitoring child development, maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment, and collaborating with fellow educators to provide the highest standard of care and education.

• Lesson Planning and Teaching skills
• Communication and Education skills
• Training and Development skills
• Experience in early childhood education is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to foster a supportive and positive classroom environment
