Hours: Monday-Friday, Flexible - Weekends, Holidays, and Evenings as required

Certified Dietary Manager – Position Summary

The Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) oversees dietary operations within the Health Center to help ensure residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals that meet their individual needs and applicable regulatory standards. The CDM is responsible for supporting menu planning, food preparation standards, sanitation, staff training, dietary compliance, and maintenance of a survey-ready environment.

This position works closely with nursing, therapy, culinary staff, residents, and families to support resident care and satisfaction through effective dietary management.
