• Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals.
• Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Plans, estimates, schedules and tracks project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Uses and refines best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommends subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manages changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devises contingency.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
• Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.

• Bachelor degree required
• 8+ years’ technical project management experience, understand Agile Development Processes
• 5 years of experience with MS Project
• Project Management Certification (PMP, CSM, CAPM) strongly preferred
• Preferred Qualifications 5+ years’ experience conducting quantitative and qualitative risk management.
• Root cause analysis
• Likelihood and Impact assessments
• Application of risk responses
• 3-5 years’ experience with Power BI dashboard reporting.
• 3-5 years’ experience with schedule critical path methodology.
• 3-5 years’ experience with Agile/Waterfall hybrid project management.
• 3-5 years’ experience in briefing project metrics to project stakeholders and senior leadership.
• 3-5 years’ experience in schedule variance analysis utilizing PMI metrics
• 3-5 years’ experience with developing project artifacts

• Office Setting This position is remote with some travel/onsite requirements. To be successful in a remote role at PCG, you must: be available during your set working hourshave a safe, private, and distraction-free environment in which to complete your work, andbe able to give your full attention to the completion of your PCG job duties
