The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement BH is responsible for leading high-priority enablement initiatives that support pipeline development, customer engagement, and cross-functional execution. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and senior leadership to develop scalable programs, strengthen mid-funnel progression, support strategic opportunities, and improve team readiness across key business lines.

Lead the development and execution of enablement programs, tools, messaging, and readiness resources that support Sales, Customer Success, and related go-to-market functions.

Create, refine, and maintain materials that support internal readiness and external engagement, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment to business priorities.

Establish structure, accountability, and follow-through across cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Monitor initiative performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actions to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

Leverage High Spot to organize sales content, build and maintain playbooks, support seller readiness and onboarding, and measure content usage and enablement effectiveness.

Use of AI-powered tools to improve the efficiency and quality of enablement programs.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, education, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Seven or more years of relevant experience in enablement, sales support, customer success, marketing, business operations, or another related go-to-market function.

Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop polished, audience-appropriate materials.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Seismic, Mindtickle, Showpad, Allego) to organize sales content, build and maintain playbooks, support seller readiness and onboarding, and measure content usage and enablement effectiveness.

Experience working with AI-powered tools to improve the efficiency and quality of enablement programs.
