Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our members’ entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, including helping members with their purchases and keeping carts ready and available.
• Assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the member‑service area, including carts/flatbeds and the parking lot.
• Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Process member purchases and payments, including operating cash registers and handling different membership and payment types.
• Communicate with members to notify them of order status, delayed pickup times, product availability, and alternative options.
• Resolve member issues and concerns and promote company products and services.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and other business partners to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and improve service.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Base Pay Range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

Additional compensation may include hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
