Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-oriented Anesthesiologist to join the anesthesia team at Bailey Medical Center
. This is a well-supported, collaborative practice offering a predictable schedule, strong compensation, and the opportunity to work in a highly rated, modern facility.

Position Highlights:
  • $50,000 Sign-On!
  • Call requirement: one 48 hr weekend beeper call shift per month
  • Call is OR-only – no OB responsibilities for physicians
  • Daily Staffing: 1 MD + 5 CRNAs covering 5 sites of service
  • Case mix: GI, Gen Surg, Ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Bariatrics, Plastics, and Podiatry

Qualifications:
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
