Specialty Beauty Advisor - Lancôme at Ulta Beauty

We are seeking an energetic specialty beauty advisor to maximize sales of the Lancôme brand, engaging guests, performing makeup and skincare services, and maintaining high store standards. This role supports the Experience Manager with performance, guest service, and operational excellence.

• Meet or exceed brand sales and client goals for Lancôme, contributing to store sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional service: greet guests, personalize experience, offer samples, recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations.
• Stay current on Lancôme training and industry trends.
• Book appointments and support in‑store events, promoting brand and store goals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and prospect new clients.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and store standards, including cleanliness and loss prevention.

• High school diploma (preferred). Cosmetology or demonstration license where required.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Strong sales and product knowledge.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Frequent mobility, standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting.
• Lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Cooperate with brand-sponsored trainings.
