Position SummaryPhysical Therapist needed to provide physical therapy services to patients at skilled rehab in Owasso.
DescriptionFull time weekdays available.
Minimum Qualifications- Current license in the State of Oklahoma in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed, both verbal and written documentation.
- Responsible for performing therapy treatments and functions for skilled nursing patients.
- Provide treatment plans that allow your patients to reach their maximum potential or for successful transition to next level of care.
- Work with other therapists and nursing staff to help provide a cohesive quality of care between the clinical needs and therapy needs.
- Be able to educate patients and caregivers to be able to succeed at home after discharge from facility.
- Provide quality documentation as required.
