Base Pay Range
$32.00/hr - $33.00/hr
Position SummaryResponsible for overall care of assigned residents and supervision of direct care staff in the community.
Minimum Qualifications- Current, valid RN license
- Experience in long‑term healthcare preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed, both verbal and written documentation
- Help implement and evaluate care plans for individual residents
- Maintain appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of practice
- Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders in a timely manner
- Report required condition changes and events to appropriate parties
- Administer medication/treatments as prescribed
- Monitor infection control compliance
- Investigate and document accidents/incidents
