Field Access Manager supporting Takeda's Plasma-Immunology portfolio within the Patient Access team, focusing on optimizing patient access and reimbursement.
Responsibilities:- serve as a strategic partner to healthcare providers, delivering tailored education on reimbursement processes, resolving access barriers, and building collaborative relationships with healthcare organizations
- support internal teams with market insights and policy updates
- bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in account management, sales, or medical affairs, with strong reimbursement knowledge and relationship-building skills
- excellent communication and issue resolution abilities.
- additional experience in biotech or pharma reimbursement, healthcare policy, or specialty/high-cost therapies
- MBA or advanced degree.
- field-based role covering OK, AR, NE, KS
- up to 75% travel
- requires valid driver’s license
- supporting high-cost, specialty therapies in chronic or acute care settings
- engagement with providers, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and academic institutions.
field-based, regional travel, incumbent must reside within territory.
