Account Manager/Customer Service Representative

Job Duties- Establish relationships and connections with current and future clients.
- Manage the annual renewal process for all personal and commercial lines clients, including identifying and pursuing potential cross‑sell opportunities.
- Manage all personal lines service and billing issues (endorsements, policy changes, third‑party requests, etc.)
- Advise and assist personal lines clients regarding the claims process, as necessary.
- Assist personal and commercial lines sales agents with customer service requests, certificates of insurance requests, endorsement, and submissions, as necessary.
- Exhibit continuous growth in the areas of teamwork and personal integrity.
- Post‑sales tasks such as sending and retrieving insurance applications, sending policy documents to clients, updating mortgage and lien holders, and assisting clients with the transition process.
- Proficient with computer programs & able to learn new software quickly. Working experience with Microsoft programs (Excel, & Word).
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Very organized and able to follow instructions.
- Patient, respectful, trustworthy, friendly, articulate, honest, and ethical.
- Ideal candidate must currently hold a property & Casualty license.
- Job Type: Full‑time.
- Paid time off.
- Insurance Producer Property & Casualty License (Preferred).
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
