Construction Project Manager – Service
Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Construction Project Manager – Service with our power technology client in Owasso, OK. This is a 12‑month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay: $47.00 – $51.00 per hour; W2 contract, no PTO, no benefits. ACA‑compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday; 7 am–4 pm
Job OverviewManages, develops, and implements projects of varying complexity and size in the assigned functional area. Partners with business stakeholders to ensure a successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple projects from inception to completion; facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine scope and objectives; work with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals.
- Design project plan, develop timeline, identify project milestones, and track performance against goals and timeline.
- Identify, track, and resolve project issues collaboratively.
- Monitor and communicate project status to the project team.
- Plan and monitor project budget, conduct research and analysis, and provide input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
- Manage project risk, use quality tools to identify risks, and work with the team and external stakeholders to develop alternatives or solutions.
- Document and share team learnings with other teams; draw on other project experiences to enhance success.
- Maintain project notes, databases, and other records; monitor measures and communicate with the Project Sponsor and other stakeholders on specific project statuses.
- Identify and assign appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks; guide and coach team members; provide developmental feedback.
