Pay: $25/hour+ DOE

Location: North of Tulsa (Collinsville)

Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT and weekends as needed)

We are seeking a skilled Refractory Technician to join a fast-paced production team in the Collinsville area. As a Refractory Technician, you’ll operate a cement mixer, interpret blueprints, install insulation, and complete detailed mechanical and finishing work in a manufacturing environment. This Refractory Technician position offers long-term potential for the right candidate.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Refractory experience required
• Experience with cement mixers and concrete
• Ability to read machining blueprints and use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, measuring tapes)
• Familiarity with both manual and powered hand tools
• Mechanical aptitude and strong safety awareness
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as production requires

• Safely operate a cement mixer and maintain tooling/equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints to meet tight tolerances
• Install insulation, cut tin, caulk, prep for painting, and mount signs
• Support team members and follow directions from department leads
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles
• Assist with hydraulic tool cleaning, inspections, and compressed air usage
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Technical training or relevant certifications are a plus but not required
